Victoria is the elder daughter of Ree Veal and Victor R. Principal. She claims to have been the first American child born in Japan after World War II. Her grandfather belongs to Italy and mother was born in Georgia belong to English descent.
Her father was a sergeant in the air force, hence he often moved at different places. She grew up in many places like London, Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida and Puerto Rico.
