Biography and Career :
Her career started in 1994 by hosting 'The Girlie Show', continuing with shows like 'Exclusive', 'Born Sloppy' and 'The Big Breakfast'. Some of her famous shows are 'Sunday Surgery' in 1999 at BBC Radio 1 and 'Drivetime'. Since February 2005 she works at the afternoon show on Saturdays and Sundays.
She was seen in the Loaded Magazine and she interviewed famous people like Robbie Williams, Sting and Leonardo Di Caprio. She sued The People newspaper after they published photos of her in bath suit and won 50,000 GBP damages. The University of Bolton honored her with the awarded of Honorary Doctorate f
or the contributions she has done in broadcasting.
On October 6, 2001 she married Jon Carter and they have one child. They divorced in 2005. Before that she had a relation with Leeroy Thornhill, the singer from Prodigy.
