Martha Higareda's favorite singers are Frank Sinatra, U2 and Sarah McLachlan. Before being actress, Martha Higareda worked in several commercial for marks of shampoo, food and telephony.

Martha Higareda studied theater with Gonzalo Strap. Also Martha Higareda has studied jazz, tap, song and contemporary dance. In the cinema Martha Higareda acted in the House of the Babys, of John Sayles.
