Madhuri Dixit (full name Madhuri Shankar Dixit) was born on May 15, 1967 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is an award winning "Indian Bollywood actress" and one of the most famous stars of the Indian film industry.

Biography and Career :

When she was young she wanted to become a Micro-biologist, and Madhuri attended Bombay's Parle College, in Vile Parle (East), Bombay.

Amongst other movies here are some of our favorites : “Abodh”, “Tezaab”, “Prem Pratigyaa”, “Parinda”, “Saajan” or “Anjaam”.
She is a very beautiful woman and the papparazi were always sure that she suffered plastic surgeries ... but she had denied all that rumors.
She received many awards in her career and Madhuri has a very large number of fan all over the world.
Here some of the best awards received b y her : Best Actress with “Dil” in 1991, “Beta” in 1993, “Hum Aapke Hain Kaun” in 1995, “Dil To Pagal Hai” in 1998 or Best Supporting Actress with “Devdas” in 2003.

She married Dr. Sriram Madhav Nene on the 17th of October 1999 and they have two children.

Madhuri received another important award, the National Citizen's Award in 2001.

Her fans can’t wait to see her new roles and they are all sure that her next roles in movies will bring her the same success and her fame will rise over the top.
