Jennifer Connelly (full name Jennifer Lynn Connelly) was born on December 12, 1970 in Catskill Mountains, New York, USA. She is a great actress.
Biography and Career :
She studied at the Yale and Stanford Universities, the St. Ann's School. When she was a child she was a model and appeared in magazines and newspapers advertisements.
In 1986 she played Sarah in "Labyrinth" and after five years appeared in "Career Opportunities". Those are the first roles that made her popular. She was also seen in "Inventing the Abbotts", "Waking the Dead", "Higher Learning", "Dark City", "Requiem for a Dream" and others.
The role in "A Beautiful Mind" brought her the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 2003 she played in "Hulk" and "House of Sand and Fog" and two years later in
"Dark Water". She appeared in "Blood Diamond" along Leonardo DiCaprio.
Two of her new projects are "9" and "Born" and they appeared in 2008. On January 1, 2003 she married Paul Bettany. The couple has one child, Stellan who was born in August 2003. In July 1997 she gave birth to a child, Kai Dugan, whose father is photographer David Dugan.
