Billy Currington was born on November 19, 1973 in Savannah, Georgia, United States. He is a famous country music artist. When Billy was in his high school he auditioned for the Spot Opryland, which he failed. Later he used to sing for a bar in Georgia. In the mean while he also worked as a personal trainer in some Concrete Company, where one of his trainers led him to record demo tapes, making him being signed with " Mercury Nashville Records".
His self titled debuted album's first song was, "Walk A Little Straighter", in which he was mentioning about his alcoholic stepfather, the song hit many charts and his second hit was "I Got a Feelin'" also hit the country charts. His second album was "Doin' Somethin' Right", which hit the 'Top Country Albums chart ' on # 2 and # 11 on 'Billboard
200'. Billy's third album was released in 2008 named, "Little Bit of Everything".
