Arash Labaf was born on 23rd April 1977 in Tehran, Iran. He is an Iranian-Swedish singer, dancer, entertainer and producer.
Biography and Career:
Arash Labaf shifted to Sweden with his family when he was 10 years old. His parents are from the Iranian cities of Shiraz and Isfahan. In 2005 his debut album was released by Warner Music Sweden.
His solo songs from the album "Boro Boro" and "Temptation" were on the hit lists around Europe. Apart from being successful in his home town he has been successful in Eastern European and South East European places like Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey and in Asian music charts like in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and throughout the Ar
ab Middle Eastern countries.
He has received gold for his solo song "Boro Boro" from five countries like Germany, Russia, Slovenia, Greece and Sweden. His solo song was also featured in the Bollywood movie "Bluffmaster".
He was also the artist of the month on MTV India. He has also released a Russian song Vostochnyie Skazki which is the Russian version of Temptation. He sang the song in Russian and it was a major hit in Russian charts. He has recorded many solo songs with famous performers of Russia like Anna Semenovich.
He along with DJ Aligator and Shahkar Bineshpajoo composed a song for the Iranian Football team for their appearance in the 2006 World Cup. His third album "Donya" featuring a dance hall was released in March 2008. The other solos from his album are: "Suddenly", "Pure Love", and "Dasa Bala".
