Ami Cusack was born on January 25, 1973 in Golden, Colorado. She is a model and contestant on the TV series Survivor.

Biography and Career :

She had a happy childhood in Golden being the oldest child of the family. Her father's name is Richard and he was a top gun pilot and explosive engineer and her mother's name is Virginia, a substitute English teacher.Her brother died in 1996 at the age of 18 because he was hit by a car drove by a drunk gay. She went to the Golden High School and after to the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD) in Denver. Until 1998 she was the Charitable Director for Experimental and Applied Sciences (EAS). She traveled for four years to Australia, Thailand, Tahiti, Iceland, Japan and Africa.

- She likes children and wants a family.
- She is a one of the first openly lesbians Survivor contestants.
- Bill Phillips was her ex boyfriend.
- She appeared in a promotional video 'Body of Work'.
- Some people at Survivor considered that as a member of jury she wasn't fair and she voted on gender.
- She was voted off the 13th at Survivor.
