Zhanna Friske (full name Zhanna Vladimirovna Kopylova) was born on July 8, 1974, in Moscow, Russia. The world of entertainment has always attracted her. Because of that, she changed her last name from Kopylova to Friske and entered the Moscow girls band Bletsyaschie.
In 1996, her band released their first album "Tam, Tolko Tam" which received good responses from the audiences. The band released a total of 7 chart-topping albums. Zhanna was actively involved in the publicity of her band and was the most noted for her performance on-screen and on-stage.
After 7 years with Bletsyaschie, Zhanna Friske left the band and embarked on a solo career. In the meantime, she also started acting and appeared in the movie "Night Wa
tch" in 2004 and even sung in the movie's soundtrack. The movie received phenomenal success and spread the name of Zhanna far and wide.
Zhanna had not moved away from the ambitions of her solo career and released her self-titled debut solo album "Zhanna" in 2005. The album received nice success and the track "Ya byla" topped the charts.

Next, Friske acted in the sequel of "Night Watch", named as "Day Watch". Zhanna even did some stunts in the film on her own. Her performance in the movie gave her the MTV Russia Movie award for Best Actress. This movie also burned the charts like its predecessor.
Zhanna is also scheduled to act in last part of "Night Watch", called "Final Watch". She also participated in a get-together concert of Blestsyachie.
