Yvonne Meusburger was born on October 3, 1983 in Dornbirn, Austria. She is a professional tennis player.

Biography and Career :

When she was a child she started playing tennis. In 2000 she became a professional tennis player.
Her parents’ names are Sylvia and Raimund Meusburger.
She is a right handed player and has a double handed backhand.
On the 30th of July 2007 she was ranked on the 62nd position in Top 100 which is the highest of her career until now.
She has conquered nine ITF single tournaments and three ITF doubles tournaments.
In 2006 at the Australian open she qualified into the first round but unfortunately for her lost the match.
At the French open she played into the first round in 2005 and 2007.
In 2007 at Wimbledon she reached the second round but after t his was eliminated and couldn’t continue into the third.
She hasn’t qualified yet for the US Open.
At the WTA tournament in Bad Gastein she was one of the finalists but she lost to Francesca Schiavone.
There she defeated players like Emilie Loit, Eva Birnerova, Lourdes Domínguez Lino and Karin Knapp.
She has earned just from tennis approximately 250,000 dollars.
With hard training, no injuries and the will to achieve successes she can be a great player and win many competitions.
