Wolfgang Pauli (1900-1958) was an Austrian physicist, who originated Poult's exclusion principle: in a given system no two electrons, protons, neutrons, or other elementary particles of half-integral spin can be characterized by the same set of quantum numbers.
He also predicted the existence of neutrinos. He won a Nobel prize in 1945 for his work on atomic structure.
