Virginie Razzano was born on the 12th of May 1983 in Dijon, France. She is a professional tennis player.

Biography and Career :

At the age of seven she started playing tennis and in 1999, when she was sixteen, she became a professional tennis player.
His actual coach and the person who goes with her at the tournaments is Cedric Nouvel.
When she has free time she listens to music and dances. Besides tennis she likes swimming and playing table tennis.
Her parents are Francois and Therese and they are a policeman and a nursery school teacher. They have another daughter, Aurelie, who is younger than Virginie.
Until now she has earned more than one million dollars just from tennis.
She has won four ITF single tournaments, one WTA doubles tournaments and three ITF doubles tourn aments.
She has been playing at the Grand Slam events since 1999 when she reached the first round at the French Open.
At the US open she played into the fourth round in 2006 and into the second in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005.
Her best result at Wimbledon came in 2004 when she played into the third round.
At the French open she reached the third round in 2000, 2001 and 2005 and the second in 2004.
In 2001 and 2006 she played into the third round at the Australian Open, into the second in 2003 and 2007 and in the first round in 2000, 2002 and 2005.
One of her most important victories were over players like Martina Hingis into the second round at US Open in 2006 and Daniela Hantuchova into the second round at the ASB Classic tournament in Auckland, New Zealand in 2007.
