Vic Morrow was born on February 14, 1929, The Bronx, New York City, USA and died on July 23, 1982 in California, USA in helicopter accident.
When Vic Morrow was of 17 he dropped out high school and joins the US Navy. After that he left the Navy and starts working on his degree in Law, He used the G.I Bill to study pre-law at Florida State. Morrow always took parts in a school play and found that he is better in stage acting rather than court room acting. Morrow started working in the Actors Workshop to improve his skills after coming to New York. Very soon he was signed in the summer stock production of "A Streetcar Named Desire" and by MG
M for Blackboard Jungle, from here his movie career starts that were the good news.
Morrow's that success was for short time, after few years he left MGM and again starts study directing at USC. In 1962 he found a role in the TV shows this role gave him fame and made him a "hero". He worked for TV series "Combat" that gave him more popularity. After getting success in TV shows he used his skills that he had learned at USC and directed some episodes.
Vic Morrow married with Gale Lester in 1 April, 1975 and divorced in 1976; after that he married with Barbara Turner in 26 June 1957 and divorced in 1964 after two children.
