Vanilla Ice was born in Dallas, Texas, USA on October 31, 1967. He is a popular singer and dancer. He released number of albums throughout his career.
When Vanilla Ice was 4 years old his father left him after that many step-fathers came in his life. He was a poor student and always got bad grades due to which often skipped from the school. For some time Vanilla washed cars to earn his living hoods. Vanilla was interested in the singing and in dancing, he joined a local night club as a performer. He was good at rapping and dancing , audience loved him.
In 1989 Vanilla's first LP "Hooked" was released, "Hooked " was not a good success and received a poor sa
les. After that his another released "Ice Ice Baby" got a huge success for him. At radio stations every where received a request to play that song. After the success of "Ice Ice baby" Vanilla re-released "Hooked" with adding some of the contained of "Ice Ice Baby" in it with a new name "To The Extreme". That time it sold over 15 million copies.
His "Ice Ice baby" was on the number one spot for 16 weeks. After that he started wearing baggy jump pants and large loud jackets and released some other rap records such as "Extremely Live".
After that Ice suffered a massive decline in the music world. But In 1998 Vanilla released some other albums "Hard To Swallow" and "Too Cold" these albums made Ice almost respected again.
