Tsar Paul I (Pavel Petrovich Romanov) was born on Tuesday, October 01, 1754 in St. Petersburg, Russia and he was a famous royalty from Russia of Russian Orthodox religion. He is best known especially because of his position as a Tsar of Russia in the period of time 1796-1801. He was the son of TSAR Peter III and of Catherine the Great.
