Tracy is an American sports star born on December 13, 1969 who formerly ranked among the world's best in one of the most difficult events in Track and Field: the 400 meter hurdles. Tracy later tried her hand at the Modern Pentathlon for a short time. Establishing herself as one of the best athletes to come out of the state of Wisconsin, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2002. The records she set have remained untouched for more than 20 years.
With her blond hair, blue eyes and ultra sexy athletic build, Tracy has been endorsed by some of the world's biggest corporations including ASICS, Ray Ban, Toyota, Disney's Wide World of Sports, and has also worked with NBC Network affiliates for more than eight years. In 2003, Tracy was invited to the Principality of Monaco to train durin
g her athletic career, and during her stay, she won a business plan competition for a sports project at the prestigious Monte Carlo Investors Week in 2004.
As a result of this award in Monaco, Tracy developed the business project to create Europe's first International Olympic Training Center with Prince Albert II the Monaco. The company was established in Monaco in March of 2006. Prince Albert II has competed in five Olympic Games carrying on the legacy of his grandfather (father of Oscar Winning Hollywood icon Grace Kelly) who won three Olympic Gold medals in rowing and his uncle (Grace Kelly's brother John Kelly Jr) who competed in four Olympic Games and won a Bronze medal at the Melbourne Olympics, which he gave as a wedding gift to his sister Grace the year she married Prince Rainier III of Monaco and became Princess Grace.
With Monaco being establishing itself as a major international sporting center and with Prince Albert II, as head of state, being a 5 time Olympian, with an incredible Olympic family legacy which leads back to the United States, the Monaco Olympic Training Center was a perfect fit for the famous Principality. While still a work in progress, the Center is projected to completed sometime around the London Olympic Games.
Over the past few years Tracy has started to move away from her sexy, sports star image, choosing to focus on humanitarian projects in Africa. In 2005 she was appointed UN Special Representative and travels to developing countries to implement projects on Sport and Education. In 2008 Tracy became Director of Global Programs for the World Olympians Association (WOA). The WOA is considered the fourth pillar of the International Olympic Committee, and represents all of nearly 100,000 Olympians around the world who have competed in an Olympic Games. Their mission is to mobilize Olympians to be ambassadors in their communities, as they are the greatest ambassadors of sport and goodwill.
Tracy earned her MBA degree at the International University of Monaco ranking top of her class winning the Valedictorian award, which was presented to her at the historic Salle Garnier Opera House located inside the famous Monte Carlo Casino, by, of course, Prince Albert II of Monaco.
