Tom Laughlin was born on August 10, 1931 and he is an American actor, director, screenwriter, author, psychologist, and political activist. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Laughlin is best known for his series of Billy Jack films.
