Thomas Stewart Baker was born 20 January of 1934 is an English actor. He is famous for acting the fourth incarnation of the Doctor in the long-running science fiction television series Doctor Who, a role he played between 1974 - 1981, and for being the narrator of the comedy series Little Britain.
He was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards for his role as Rasputin in the 1971 film Nicholas and Alexandra.
