The Beu Sisters is a pop-rock girl group from the United States.
Biography and Career :
The band is formed of the four Beu sisters: Candice, born in 1975, Christie, born in 1978, Jiliane, born in 1983 and Danielle, born in 1987. They all were born in New York. Their parents are artists too. They used to perform on Broadway. In 1989 the family moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida and after a while they formed an a cappella act.
The one who helped them signing a contract with S-Curve Records is Desmond Child, a well known songwriter. In 2002 they released their first album called "Decisions". Their single on the album was "I Was Only (Seventeen)" and they also did a video for this song. In 2004 they were promoting their album through a tour where they played in the opening act
on Kelly Clarkson and Clay Aiken.
Their songs were used as soundtracks for Disney Girlz Rock, Radio Disney Jingle Jams, Radio Disney Ultimate Jams, the Lizzie McGuire Movie soundtrack and DisneyMania. "What Do You Do in the Summer (When It's Raining?)", another single of the girls was released in 2004. At the end of the year 2004 they had to take a break because Christie was pregnant and she was about to give birth to her child. They have many fans that can't wait to see the girls on tour in their towns and listen to their music every day.
