Tania Saulnier was born in Vancouver and she was a competitive dancer, and motor-sport fanatic. Her first noteworthy acting role came in 1998 in which she did a small part as Marcey Bennett, in one episode of Cold Squad.

After her entry into the television she got various projects, one of which was her role of Taylor Langford in five episodes of the short-lived Nickelodeon series Caitlin's Way.

She has acted in small roles on various television shows, such as Smallville, and in the Supernatural episode "Scarecrow". After this she did a supporting role in James Gu
