Steve Coogan (full name Stephen John Coogan) was born on Thursday, October 14, 1965 in Middleton, Manchester, England. He is a famous actor, writer and producer. Steve is best known especially for his roles in some popular movies as: Saxondale, Rain of Madness, Safety Glass, Tropic Thunder, Hamlet, In the Loop, Hot Fuzz and Marie Antoinette.
Biography and Career:
Steve has spent his childhood in Middleton with his parents and his other eight siblings. He first appeared on television as a comedian and mimic, doing impression and voice-overs. Later he appeared on a comedy show, "On the Hour" with Chris Morris and Armando Iannucci and after that he got his own show.
After revealing "Alan Partridge", a fictional television and radio presenter created by him, Steve managed to st
art a sitcom in 1997, "I'm Alan Partridge". The same char appeared in Coogan's 2008 stand-up tour and a movie is in production with his name.
He also played in many big screen movies and got some awards and nominations as BAFTA and British Comedy Awards.
