Stacy Burke (also known as Kat Lieber) was born on May 27, 1975, in Pomona, California. She liked to dress up as a child. Later on, it grew into a liking for modelling. She was also interested in acting.

Her modeling job, though not professional, was for a friend’s calendar in 1993. After a bit of modeling for a few years, Stacy was advised by Tasha Welch to begin fetish and bondage modeling. Her debut movie was “Mistress Delores’ Togetherness Ties” in 1997.

She was radio host for Playboy around 2004. She was soon spotted by Hugh Hefner and he invited her to the Playboy mansion. In 2008, she was seen various times in The Girls Next Door.

During this time, Stacy became popular on the internet with the launch of her website on fetish modeling. She also visited the annual Glamourcon conference often.
She married in 2008 in Las Vegas.
