She attended a Catholic School and until 1999 she was a member of the Salvation Army. She decided to be a stripper and this happened when she was 17 years old. Sophie Howard went to University to study English Language and Creative Writing and after Marketing Information Systems.
IMM Modeling Agency offered her a contract and she started appearing in magazines like Loaded, Nuts, Maxim and Zoo Weekly. She appeared in Daily Star every week for a year.
