Sarah Paulson (birth name Sarah Catharine Paulson) was born on December 17, 1974 in Tampa, Florida, USA. She is an actress who received a Golden Globe nomination.

Biography and Career :

She spent her childhood in Florida, New York and Maine. After that she went to Manhattan at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the High School for Performing Arts.

"The Sisters Rosensweig" was her debut on Broadway and in 1994 she debuted in movies with the role in “Law and Order”.

She also played in movies like "American Gothic", "Jack & Jill", "Leap of Faith", "Shaughnessy", "The Long Way Home", "Path to War", "Touched by an Angel", "Cracker" and "A Christmas Wedding".

In 2007 she was nominated at the Golden Globe for Best Performance as an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Se ries, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television and in 2006 was nominated at Satellite Awards for Best Actress in a Series, Drama.
