Biography and Career:
From her initial days Sara Ramirez had a thirst to achieve something great in acting and to make her dream come true, a Paul Simon's film called "The Capeman" came her way in which she played Wahzinak. She also played a part in The Gershwins' Fascinating Rhythm for which she received an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination.
In 1998, she played the voice of Lammy in the video game UmJammer Lammy, a spin-off of PaRappa the Rapper, both on Sony's PlayStation console. Ramirez speaks both Spanish and English fluently; however, she retains the Spanish pronunciation of her name.
