Sara Jean Underwood, was born on 26 March, 1984, in Portland, Oregon, U.S. She is an American model and actress.
Sara graduated in 2002 from Scappoose High School in Oregon. She has been a student at Portland State University and Oregon State University. Sara and the American football player Derek Anders where childhood friends and schoolmates.
Sara worked in the Beaverton, Oregon branch of the Hooters chain of Restaurants, that was also Sara’s first job as assisting in sales of heavy construction equipment.
She first appeared in Playboy magazine, in its “The Girls of the Pac 10” pictorial, that was in October 2005 issue. Her second appearance in the magazine was in July 2006, as the Playmate of the Month. Later on she was the winner of a Mini Cooper convertible, after becoming Playm
ate of the Year in June 2007. Sara was the first miss July to receive the title.
As for her other appearances, Underwood appears as a pirate wench in the 2007 film Epic Movie. Later she appears as a playmate in the 2008 comedy House Bunny. In 2009, Sara appeared as herself in the film Miss March.
Underwood also made career in television as a presenter. She had the job, for the Blackbelt TV cable network, as a continuity announcer. And in 2009, while filling in for a vacationing Olivia Munn, she co-hosted five episodes of G4’s Attack of the Show.
Underwood competed in the 8th Kunoichi yoga competition in Japan. After gaining a big lead on three Japanese contestants, she won her first stage. She failed on the second stage, after falling at the Dancing Stones.
