When she was a child, her mother divorced and married Mick Jones, guitarist of the 70s band "Foreigner". Her brother is the famous DJ Mark Ronson. Thus, baby Samantha was brought up in a musical atmosphere from a very young age. Subsequently, she chose music as her career.
She was part of a rap band "The Low Lifes" at the age of 16. After completing high school, Samantha learnt to play the guitar by herself and composed songs from her own poetries. But, she didn't let anyone know about it.
