Robin Söderling was born on the 14th of August 1984 in Tibro, Sweden and he is a tennis player who resides in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

Biography and Career :

In 2001 he became a professional tennis player after he had started his career when he was a child.
Peter Carlsson is his coach. He goes with Robin at all the tournaments and takes care of his trainings.
Until now he has earned approximately two million dollars just from tennis.
Since he began his professional career he has won two single titles, but no doubles tournaments.
On the 8th of January 2007 he was ranked on the twenty-third position in Top 100 and this is the highest position he has ever had.
At the Australian open he reached the second round in 2004. One year later he got the same performance but at the French Open.
In 2003 and 2007 he played into the third round at Wimbledon and in 2005 also into the third round at the US Open.
As a junior player he played the final at the US Open.
At the tournament in Stockholm in 2003 he was one of the finalists but lost the final match.
After one year he won the title at Lyon against Xavier Malisse and lost the final of the tournament in Marseille.
2005 came with a title at the tournament in Milan and some injuries.
In 2007 he played at Wimbledon, but Rafael Nadal stopped him to continue into the next round.
He is talented and powerful player and he hopes to become a great champion like every player does.
