Robert Kardashian was an American attorney. He is best remembered for his O.J.Simpson's case.
Biography and Career:
Robert was born on February 22nd, 1944 at Los Angeles, California. He was of Armenian ethnicity. He got his education as an undergraduate from University of California in 1962 and got his Juris Doctor in 1967 from University of San Diego. He practiced law for about a decade after that and then entered business. Robert died on September 30th, 2003 due to esophageal cancer.
Robert was first married in 1978 to Kris Houghton, and had four children from her Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert Kardashian. He divorced Kris in 1989 and remarried Ellen Pierson in 2003. He doesn’t have any children from his second wife.
Robert is best known for his work as
a defense lawyer in the trial of O.J.Simpson. It was the most publisized criminal trial in American histry. It lasted for 9 months. Robert Kardashian and Simpson became friends in early 1970’s. They met while playing tennis. After practicing law for a decade Robert in 1970’s moved in with the Simpson’s and they started a business together which was about several frozen yogurt shops. It was named Juice Inc.
Kardashian had to renew his license to practice law in order to represent Simpson in the famous trial of 1995. He supported Simpson throughout the trial. O.J.Simpson was under trial for the murder of his wife Nicole Simpson. When Simpson returned from Chicago it was Robert who handled his luggage and that luggage was never seen again! Simpson stayed at the Kardashian house during the trial. Simpson was acquitted however at some point of time even Robert had started feeling that maybe Simpson was guilty. However their friendship remained uncharged throughout.
