Robert Blanche was born the last of five children in 1962. He attended Western Oregon University, where he was a dance/theater major. His film acting career was spurred from a flayer he found on his car in the 1990's, recruiting new actors to audition for a production; he got the role. He has three daughters, whom he loves very much, and a cat named Elvis.
