Rob Stewart is a Canadian actor born 7/23/1961 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He grew up in Brampton Ontario just outside of Toronto.

He is well know for his first tv series in the 90's called Tropical Heat aka Sweating Bullets. He played a PI called Nick Slaughter and had a partner named Sylvie Girard played by Carolyn Dunn.

He also was a lead in the SciFi series in 2007 called PainKiller Jane and played Andre McBride. Before that he was a lead in the 1999-2000 series Peter Benchley's Amazon. He played Andrew Talbott.

He played in a number of films and tv movies and shows as a guest star also.

Most recently he was in a Hallmark movie with Jane Seymour called Dear Prudence and played lawyer Doug Craig. He just finished another Hallmark movie with Catherine Bell and Chris Potter c alled The Good Witch's Garden which will air on Feb. 7, 2009. Also he finished filming a 2009 tv series called Throwing Stones which will air in 2009 to see if it will be picked up on CBC in Canada and hopefully also in the USA.

He lives in Brampton Ontario Canada with his wife Celiana and Son.
