Rachel Specter (full name Rachel Sarah Specter) was born on April 9, 1980, in Tampa, Florida. She is a graduate from University of Florida. In 2003, Rachel moved to L.A.
Her debut big screen appearance was in a small role in the movie "Days of Our Lives". In 2004, she appeared in an episode of the popular show "Entourage".
