Peter Shaw is a famous England born actor/producer who was born on June 24, 1918 in Reading, England, United Kingdom.

Biography and Career:

Shaw became a successful executive of MGM studio though he started his career in front of screen after World War 2 in which he served for the British army. He was signed by the Charles Feldman Agency to an MGM contract in the late '40s. The famous actor married Angela Lansbury after he met her at the MGM studios.

Returning to MGM as head of production in 1964 and then re-joining the William Morris Agency as an international business manager, Shaw launched Corymore Productions in 1987. Plagued by failing health in his later years, Peter Shaw died of heart failure in his Los Angeles home in January 2003, he was 84 years old.
