Paul Wesley was born on July 23, 1982 in New Brunswick, New Jersey but he grew up in Marlboro, New Jersey.
After his birth he moved to Poland with his family, but he moved back in USA when his mother give birth to his younger sisters Julia and Leah.
He went to Christian Br
others Academy in Lincfroft and Malboro High School. During high school he was casted in "The Guilding Light" as Max Nickerson. Because his accommodation with high school and acting career he moved ti Lakewood Prep School. After he graduaded he went to Rutgers University but he left it after the first semester when he had more acting roles and he realised he couldn't do both.
He had a lot of important roles in series "Guiding Ligh", "Smallvile", "The O.C.", "8 Simple Rules", "Wolf Lake, Cane" and "American Dreams". After he got his biggest role in "Everwood". He also appeared in two episodes of "Law & Order".
He worked at some big movies "Peaceful Warrior", "Roll Bounce" and "Cloud 9". He also starred in CBS's series "The Russell Girl" and he got a lead role in ABC's series "Fallen".
In 2008 he got a main role in the movie "Killer Movie".
He recently got a role in Lifetime's series "Amy Wivers" and a role in "24". But now he is a full-time actor for CW's series "The Vampire Diaries".
