He was born to Paul Walker III and Cheryl, a sewer contractor and a former fashion model and he spent his childhood in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles County. He attended Village Christian School and after he studied at several community colleges in pursuit of a degree in marine biology.
His first contact with the acting world was at the age of 2 when he appeared in a Pampers comercial on television. His real television career started in 1985 when he began appearing in various television shows and after a while in small budget movies as a supporting actor.
