Paul Hogan was born on 8 October 1939 in Lightning Ridge, New South Wales, Australia. He is an Australian actor and comedian.
Biography and Career:
Paul Hogan film debut was in 1986 in Crocodile Dundee, movie for which he wrote the screenplay. This film succeeded to be the best known Australian film ever and received 4 awards: a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor, an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and two BAFTA Awards, one for Best Actor and other for Best Original Screenplay.
In 1988 there was a sequel for it and in 2001 they made the third part. He also starred in other films like Almost an Angel, Lightning Jack, Flipper and Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles.
At the start of 2000s, Paul Hogan represented Subaru, being a spokesman and trying to
promote their Outback models. In 2008, he filmed Charlie and Boots. In 2008 he won a process against the Australian Crime Commission, who investigated him that he was involved in a tax scandal, named Operation Wickenby.
Other movies where Paul Hogan participated are: Fatty Finn in 1980, where he played the third delivery man, in 1985 Anzacs where he was Pte.
