Mugur Mihaiescu started his career joining the Vacanta Mare group together with his best friends Radu Pietreanu and Dan Sava.
After their national success, Mugur Mihaiescu and Radu Pietreanu signed a contract with Pro TV in 1999.
Mugur Mihaiescu got also a role in the movie "Garcea si Oltenii" produced by Sam Irvin with "Media Pro Pictures". This movie was one of the most biggest success in Romanian cinematography with a high income.
