Moon Bloodgood (full name Korina Moon Bloodgood) was born on September 20, 1975, in Anaheim, California. Her father was in the army and her mother is of Korean origin. Moon had aspirations to become a singer. But she focused on modelling instead. Her first work was of a cheerleader of Los Angeles Lakers. After that, she was cast in advertising campaigns for Clairol and Revlon.
At about this time, she got offers to appear in music videos of artists like Prince and Michael Jackson. This paved her way into the field of entertainment and it wasn't too long before Moon got her first success.
In 2002, she got a role in the show "Just Shoot Me". It was a small role but improved the aspiring model's portfolio. During the next year, Moon Bloodgood appeared in shows like "North Shore", "CSI",
