Michelle Behennah was born on January 7, 1977 in Singapore. She is a famous fashion model.

Biography and Career :

Her parents divorced and she along her mother and step father went to Sheffield, England. She wanted to go to the Medical School, but her mother saw her as a potential model. The first beauty contest she won was sponsored by a shampoo company at the age of fourteen. In 1993 she ended on the third place in the Ford 'Supermodel of the World' contest.

From London she went to Paris and her fame as a supermodel came. She was seen in magazines like ELLE US, Glamour Italy, Vogue Italy and Spain, Mademoiselle and Cosmopolitan. Some of the designers she modeled for are Cynthia Rowley, Valentino, BCBG, Donna Karan, Emanuel Ungaro, Nina Ricci, Ralph Lauren, Salvatore Ferra gamo, Chanel and Thierry Mugler. In 1999, 2000 and 2001 she appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

During the years she has done many commercials and advertisements, some of them for Burberry, Esprit, Givenchy, Vanderbilt Jeans, Hewlett Packard, J. Crew, Kenzo, L'Oreal "Elnett" hairspray, Mango, Nina Ricci, Saks Fifth Avenue, Swatch watches, Tommy Hilfiger and Victoria's Secret.

Her career in television started on MTV in shows like Model Search and Fashionably Loud and on VH1 in Access Hollywood.
