Michael Moore (full name Michael Francis Moore) was born on April 23, 1954 in Flint, Michigan. He is an American author and Academy Award-winning director and producer of Fahrenheit 9/11, Sicko, and Bowling for Columbine, three of the top five highest-grossing documentaries of all time.
