Bell started her career in the soap opera "E Street" aired from 1991 to 1993. After that she played the role of Lucy Robinson in the serial "Neighbors" and later in another soap, "Paradise Beach" portraying as surfer Emily Harris.

Bell got married to Jason Redlich, but right after their first child they got divorced. She has become a designer for "Double Bay" clothing line and designs kaftan party wears.
