Biography and Career :
Meghan Douglas used to travel a lot when she was a child because her father worked for the United States of America Government. She lived in Germany, Greece, India, and Lebanon.
She finished her studies at James Madison High School in Vienna, Virginia, she attempted to model part-time at local department stores but didn't work out.
Meghan Douglas started her career in modeling when she participated in the Elite 'Look of the Year' contest in 1985 where she was amazing on the catwalk and many important fashion designers offered her the chance to model for them. The Elite Model Management Agency offered her a job as
a model and so her career was starting.
She married Liam Dalton, the CEO and founder of Axiom Capital Management, Inc., a large New York-based investment-management corporation, after two years of dating in 1994.
Her 1995 television and print advertising campaign for Finesse Shampoo and Conditioner put her in the public eye.
Meghan Douglas missed the spring 1996 shows because of the birth of her first child, who appeared with Meghan in her ads for J.Crew and Ellen Tracy Company.
