Matt Czuchry was born in New Hampshire and brought up in Johnson City, Tennessee. He is the son of Andrew Czuchry, a professor at East Tennessee State University and his mother, Sandra, a homemaker.
In 1995 Matt completed his graduation from Science Hill High School. In 1999 he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science with a distinction from the College of Charleston. In1998 he won the Mr. College of Charleston pageant. He went to college because of his tennis scholarship he got. He is also the captain for the men's tennis team and he is also an NCAA ranked player in the Southern Conference.
While he
was specializing in theatre work his professor encouraged him to specialize in drama. He met Kate Bosworth when he was doing his first role "Young Americans" on The WB's. He is popularly known as "Logan Huntzberger" on the television show "Gilmore Girls" aired on The CW. Before he got this role he was doing a guest performance for the show "Hack". He has also done guest roles for other shows like Freaks and Geeks, 7th Heaven, The Practice, Veronica Mars and Friday Night Lights. In September 2009 he did a series "The Good Wife" in which he plays the role of junior associate at a law firm.
He has also acted in a few movies like movies Eight Legged Freaks and Slap Her... She's French.
