Martina Muller was born on the 11th of October 1982 in Hannover, Germany. She has been a professional tennis player since 1999.

Biography and Career :

She is a talented tennis player who started her career when she was a child.
Until now she has won one WTA single title, ten ITF single titles, one WTA doubles title and nine ITF doubles titles.
She became a professional player in 1999 and in April 2002 she won the tournament at Budapest, Hungary. Her opponent in the final was Myriam Casanova from Switzerland and the score was 6-2 3-6 6-4.
In the same year she conquered the WTA doubles title at Hertogenbosch. Her partner was Catherine Barclay-Reitz.
She reached the highest position in Top 100 in April 2007 when she was placed on the 33rd position.
At the Australian Open sh e played in the second round in 2002, 2006 and 2007 and every time stopped there. The same performance was obtained at the French Open in 2002, 2006 and 2007 and at Wimbledon in 2006 and 2007.
At the US Open she reached the third round in 2002.
Until now the money won from tennis is approximately 700.000 dollars.
She still has a lot of time ahead and with hard training and no injuries can reach higher position in Top 100 and can win many titles.
