He was born to Alma Elaine and Donald E. Wahlberg and has another eight siblings and three half siblings from his father's part. He studied at Copley Square High School but didn't manage to finish. While still teenager Mark got in trouble several times with the police for being addicted to cocaine and for acts of violence and vandalism.
Mark started a career in music as Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. He released an album called "Music for the People" and managed to win a hit with one of the singles from the album. He also started a career
