Since October 2001 Mar Flores is married with Javier Merino. Mar Flores gave birth to third child and second with Javier Merino, Beltran and Mauro (March, 3rd).
Mar Flores has a sister Marian Flores.

At the age of 20 Mar Flores gained recognition and fame in France when she was elected as the 90's Face by "Elle" magazine.
