Mandisa (full name Mandisa Lynn Hundley) was born on October 2, 1976 in Citrus Heights, California. She is a famous singer who was Grammy-nominated and was in the finalists for the fifth season (2006) of American Idol.
Biography and Career :
She attended El Camino Fundamental High School and American River College in Sacramento and after that in 2006 she started her career as a singer. She sings R&B, gospel and CCM and she has a contract with is EMI, Sparrow Records.
She was placed on the 9th place at the "American Idol: The Search for a Super Star". Her first album was released in July 2007 and it was called "True Beauty". Besides this she released another one in November.
Some of her singles are "Only The World", "God Speaking", "Christmas Makes Me Cry" or "Christmas Day".
At the American Idol she had a great success and since then she is a famous singer and conquered the hearts of million people.
