
Luciano Pavarotti was born on June 15, 2002 in Modena, Italy. He was an operatic tenor, who crossed over into popular music and became one of the world's most famous vocal performers.
Biography and Career :
His father's name was Fernando Pavarotti. Around 1975 he became a famous tenor all over the world. Since then he was one of the most loved people and supported by millions of fans.
He sang at many charity actions, festivals, at the 1990 World Cup in Italy and many other concerts. Also during the years he was seen on many televisions programs and films. His talent was enormous and critics and fans both will never forget this great man.
Between 1961 and 2000 he was married to Adua Veroni. They have three children: Guiliana, Lorenza, and Cristina. On December 13, 2003 he
married Nicoletta Mantovani. The couple had one child: Alice.
His last performance was at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. Some other important places where he performed were Milan's La Scala or NYC's Metropolitan Opera.
He released many albums and compilations and became one of the best sold artists. Unfortunately he is not with us anymore but his music will remain forever in our hearts and we will continue remembering him every time we listen to his songs.
