LL Cool J (real name: James Todd Smith III) was born on January 14, 1968, in the working-class neighborhood of St. Albans, Queens, and raised between there and Bay Shore, New York on Long Island. He is a famous international hip-hop artist.
Biography and Career :
He started his music career in 1984 and after two years the acting career. Year after year, single after single he became one of the most successful rappers and now is supported by fans all over the world.
His first album was released in 1985 and since then he released other eleven more. Besides this he released a clothing line and is involved in charity actions.
Now (2008) he is a businessman too and wrote his autobiography: "I Make My Own Rules". Some of the movies he appeared in are "Charlie's Angels", "Caugh
t Up", "Mindhunters", "Slow Burn" or "Last Holiday".
On August 7, 1995 he married Simone Johnson. The couple has now four children: Najee who was born in 1989, Italia who was born in 1990, Samaria who was born in 1995 and Nina Simone who was born in 2000.
In 2001 along Britney Spears he was the host of The 28th Annual American Music Awards. With all that success he also has a large amount of cash and of course many properties and cars. We wish him all the best and can't wait his new album.

why are theer no pix's of LL's mom.. i would love to see them..in fact , ondrea was one of my friends.
the last time i saw her and LL, was at a supermarket,
