
Lisette Diaz was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She is a famous American top model.
Biography and Career :
She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Jose Diaz of Chula Vista. Her father is a general practitioner in Tijuana and her mother is a program analyst for the County Housing Department. Her aunt, Irma Martinez Velasco, is director of Campus Relations in the UCSD Chancellor's Office.
She grew up in San Diego, California, home to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, it is also one of the busiest international borders in the world US/Mexico and one of the most diverse in the nation.
Lisette studied at the University of California San Diego and worked as part-time Administrative Assistant for the Youth Department Bonita Valley Community Church.
Her
ambition is to become a High School
Literature Teacher and eventually start her own school.
She has had many jobs as a teenager, the most difficult and unusual was being a construction worker helping to build an orphanage in Tijuna, Mexico.
She was crowned "US Miss World 2005" and the night she won the U.S. Miss World 2005 crown, Lisette Diaz almost fell off the stage - literally.
She also represented United States at the "Miss World 2005" pageant that took place on December 10, 2005 in Sanya,
China.
She was personally greeted and warmly welcomed by Mr. Claudio Nardini, General Manager of Sheraton Sanya Resort.
